Almost could not make it until lease was up

My wife and I did not have a good experience renting here. The walls are paper thin and we had neighbors that liked to party every night of the week. We put in formal complaints to the manager multiple times a week for 3 months. All they did was post a note on there door and call them once. The noise kept up and they did nothing to stop it after that.
The first time my wife went to use the tub, which is right above the dinning room table, all of the water came through the ceiling. The drain was installed wrong. They came out to fix the plumbing but never all the damage that it caused. We had a stain covering the entire dining room ceiling that eventually started to smell.
I eventually started doing the small repairs and maintenance myself because it was easier. I left that apartment in better shape than I went in and still only got back $100 of my $500 security deposit.
If you are considering renting here look around before you make the decision. Management is extremely nice but do not take care of business.
