You definitely get what you pay for - I have lived here for a few months now and I absolutely would recommend anyone to live here. The grounds are so pretty. GOOD place to live - but can be expensive I love my 1 bedroom apartment, but unfortunately it's a bit steep in price (approx. $1600). If you can find a unit for a decent price here at Archstone TO, grab it! It's a well kept complex and the staff are awesome.
