4 Lyford used to feel like our oasis. All that changed, when management changed a year ago. The new manager burst in like a tyrant raising rents, insisting on inspecting everyones's apartment, painting no parking red curb signs and removing our guest parking.

Have friends coming over' Prepare to provide a shuttle bus because there is no parking for guests on the property even though there are empty spaces.

Now that her agenda is taken care of, so are her responsibilities. We used to see the maintenance man here on a regular basis. Now he is nowhere to be found because she never reports any problems.

And noise' She's the worst offender. These apartments have no insulation and she has a rat terrier that yaps and barks all night long. If the wind blows, it will set this dog off. We love dogs but this is ridiculous. Instead of training him she coddles him and thinks the barking is cute.

The townhomes are in another building, so if you can afford it, that may be the way to go, but you're still on your own if any problems need to be fixed.
