The architect of the cove had great vision.From what I gather the cove was built 40 years ago.It is located right on Richardson Bay with spectacular views.
Yesterday I went for a 20min walk with my dog along the water.There are views of the
city,alcatraz and Sausalito.It is just simply beautiful.

The location of the cove could not be better.It is 10min from the city,neighbors
of Mill Valley and Sausalito not to mention the cove is in Tiburon.There is also
the beach,Mount Tam.,just about any kind of food and entertainment available near by.
I can even walk to the cove shopping center where there is blockbuster,dining and
a market.

All the apartments have big decks,fireplaces,and a variety of sizes and floor plans.
The upstairs units have cathedral ceilings.And not all of them are on the water
but a lot of them are still nicely located near pools,landscaping,and trees.

I find this to be a really healthy place with bike riders,a big grassy park down the
road that runs along the bay, and very friendly people.

The people who manage the cove are great.It is so nice to be treated with respect and
have that warm human touch.Andrea and team did a fantastic job helping me when I
needed it.

Keep in mind with 240 apartments spread out over several blocks not everyone
is going to be as happy as I am. And there is always going to be maintenance
and upkeep issues. But considering such a large place the management does
a really wonderful job.

This is almost exactly the word for word sales pitch I got from the leasing agent when I moved in. Doesn't sound like a tenant.
