Seriously, I've lived here for almost 6 years, after 18 years in a single family home. Apartment living was an adjustment for me, but the people here, both residents and management, have made it a great place! My experience is very different from the negative comments that are posted. The management here is extremely professional, courteous and responsive. If asked, I could give one example after another. Some people seem to always need to gripe, I suppose, or maybe there are isolated negative experiences and people who have them are more inclined to post comments. Sure, there are things I could complain about, but they would not be about the management here, that's for sure. I've voluntarily told them that their professionalism is awesome. And I know, they have to deal with some very difficult people!

If you're looking for a high quality living experience in an apartment complex in Southern Marin, this IS the place. Check it out and see for yourself.

Thank you for your review. I am relatively new and I wrote the review titled (I love it here). I was in the management office yesterday and I felt bad for them.After I wrote my positive review they were very appreciative.And then the next day someone wrote a very negative review. My experience is very similar to yours in that I had been living in a house for years.It felt very strange to move into a apartment.And then I freaked out about finding work in the area. I actually moved out in just under a monthe. The management did not charge me anything extra and was easy and understandable.In less than a week I realized how much I did like it here and moved back. I know it is crazy. The leasing people were fantastic.Andrea was incredible and they got me into a apartment I like even better on the spot with the moving truck full of stuff. I also find them to be very dog friendly they even asked me if I wanted to bring my doggie in the office. I just thought I would share and respond to your review.
