Looks great on the outside...but beware

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
There are good points (view and landscaping) and bad points about the Cove (the management doesn't seem to value long-term tenants - I've been here over 4 years and my rent goes up at least $100 every time I sign a lease. They don't seem to do anything about dog barking complaints, there is dog doo that is not cleaned up and there are lots of smokers living here!
