I have lived at this community since 2005 and I love it here. It is a great location for people who like anything that has to do with water. From my apartment I can see seals, all kinds of birds (partly due to the neighboring Audubon sanctuary) and the occasional manta ray. I have seen the canadian geese during a stop over on their migration. The complex does allow pets and it fits well with the natural setting in my opinion. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I plan to stay here many more years and I even may get a boat so that I can take more advantage of the marina and the Richardson bay. I highly recommend this community.
