I've lived here just a few months, but I have to say I am impressed. It is very peaceful here. Plus, I never thought I would ever say this about living in an "apartment", but I feel like it is a real neighborhood. People are really friendly, but not intrusively so. There is a true sense of community.
You can't beat the location, 20 minutes from San Francisco, but a big park right next door, great for hiking. Climb to the top of its hill and see a truly amazing 360 degree view of the Bay Area. The great restaurants of Tiburon are a short walk away. I take the ferry to San Francisco every day, which is fun! A boat ride to get to work! I feel like Dorothy approaching Oz every morning.
I have a one bedroom apartment, which is really big. It has a fireplace, which I love, roomy kitchen and huge bedroom closet. I have a deck with Bay view which my friends are in awe of and which I get to enjoy every day.
The apartment office staff is welcoming and the maintenance guy responds very quickly to repair requests. These places aren't cheap. but I decided to treat myself and pay a bit more for something special. I am very glad I did and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking a special home
