I know from speaking with the former manager that VBA wants short term renters only and are currently pushing renters out in order to remodel and raise rents. They are not interested in long term stable renters only short term high dollar rentals.

Grounds are not monitored by management and have often seen trash collecting on doorsteps.

Visitors park on the property which is 'not allowed' but not monitored. So, park where you want.
