This place isnt so bad. The reviews here seem strange compared to what i know living here. The staff is really nice and helps out with everthing i ask them. it's kept clean and is quiet for the most part. I used to live next to someone who made noise all the time but they moved after the manager got on there case about it. Parking is pretty tight but its better than all the other places in the area. It used to be tighter but they did assigned parking and now its never been a problem for me. People on here complain about the rent but even thourhg they raised it, its still alot cheeper than all the other places around here

Quiet?? Are kidding me! There freaks throwing parties till 4am, watching sports and screaming at the TV. Kids running, bouncing balls off walls. Your right, I had a neighbor who made tons of noise. Took about 4 trips to the manager to get it resolved. Half the cars in the parking lot don't even have room to open their car doors properly. I am fortunate enough to have small cars next to mine.
Also... The hallways REAK! Smell like trash.
