High-priced, good location

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
Close to Victor elementary and Little Co. of Mary hospital. There's a supermart just round the corner and COSTCO is not far away. Access to freeway is a pain. Most of the 2bed apts have no view. Parking access is narrow.

Very friendly maintenance guys. No dish antenna, poor cable service. No cable modem service. only DSL.

There are cheaper apts around.
