Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
Was already overpriced till recently. Think the owner went crazy and is increasing atleast 300 bucks for each apartment (Much higher for 2/3 bedrooom apartments.)> The fact that the Manager and Junior manager are leaving speaks for the future of the apartment. No changes in the complex to justify this hike too
