Owner is unscrupulous and dishonest.The Manager is real pain in the neck and she thinks she is the boss.Her behavior with the tenants is unacceptable and disgusting.Poor appearance of the apartment from outside is jaw -dropping.Rents are increasing like anything, with no attempts to make the place better .

Run Run Run....you can find lots of better places to live than this #*#* Hole.
