This place is a a place to be if u wanna be in hell.
no water no electricity and a whole list of nothing and now a higher rent ...i think the owner is high and she need more of that dope and it doesnt come cheap.....
you are the ----- feel right at home......

No water or electricity? Is this paid by owner or lessor? if its paid by owner you need to get in contact with Fair Housing and if the account is under your name, you need to go pay your bills!
