Unsafe, Far from school, Ancient building, Bad treatment to tenants

Please stay here if you like:
- To be around 1 mile from a good school
- To hear the emergency vehicles' sirens throughout the night
- To allow someone (probably the maintenance guys) to steal your kid's bicycle.
- To practice parking in very congested place
- To get unreasonable hikes in rent without any improvement in your living conditions
Its really great place to lose your mental peace and your bank balance.
Good luck. Try it, you will definately survive it as we did.
