Recently tenants were served notice for an abrupt rent hike of around 35% without any change in facilities, In fact things are aging out without proper care!!! The natual reaction was that around 10% tenanats served 30 days notice on first day of notice. Owner came back to roll back 100 $ hike, But it did not stop tenents moving out, Then came another notice today to change the hike to $ 100 flat across the board. Does it not sound like a game to fool tenants.
BTW, tenents are not fool and has lost faith in owner and manager. Tenants will just delay the move out but will definately go out from this untrusted environment. And at the same time stop recommending it to friends.
Please do not recommend it to anyone as more you do sales for this apt, more will be chances of your rent hike. You will be punished for your goodness, that is what tenants get back from manager and owner.
