In our review this complex was ridiculously overpriced for the area and condition of living. The units have major problems, including: noise between units, terrible construction (we actually put our foot through the floor of an upper-floor exterior deck), small electric water-heaters, and electric ceiling heat(with electric prices on the rise, be prepared to spend an extra hundred dollars a month for utilities), no guest parking, narrow stair wells leading to 2nd and 3rd floors (making moving furniture in and out a nightmare),and a roach infestation.

Through further investigation, we found out that the owner of the building recently pull the oldest trick in the book for raising the rent and making your tenants smile, pat you on the back, and say "thank you so much for raising my rent". It seems the owner recently raised the rent by $300 per unit and while the tenants were all "up in arms" about it, the owner lowered the price hike to only $100 dollars per unit (not to mention an additional $100 deposit) and "voila" all the tenants are suddenly happy to have their rent raised by a hundred bucks. It always amazes us how tenants always get fooled by that one.

All in all, we recommend staying far away from this place. JUST SAY "TALLY NO"!!!
