The apartment complex was decent enough to live till Jan 2006 as per the rent. Recently, there was a ridiculous increase in rent at one time and no reason was given for it, 1 bedrooms are for $1400.00 for new tenants & for existing ones its $1200.00 plus which can be increased at any time for any amount according to the whims and fancies of the owner.
The owner does not care about the tenants and does not seem to care that people are unhappy & are leaving the apartment.
The property is ok, but units are really old with very old fixtures & appliances if any.
Although there is maintenance crew,they are not of much help as pipes & draining systems are ancient and not taken care of throughout ,there is always one problem or the other.
Definately not worth the rent that I have to pay !!!
