apartments are overpriced and the facilities are below standards. Manager puts in a lot of attitude and lacks the skills to communicate with the clients

- Terrible heating through selaling and we end up bearig the high electric bills
- no fans or AC
- insufficient lighting. You would end up buing lamps for all rooms.
- water heater is so small that 3rd member in the family would need to shower with
cold water
- congested parking, got to be extremel cautious parking our car or else you would
end up damaging your car and the car next to you.
- Look like manager is getting her cur from cable operators, doesn't let any other
cable operator in leading to complete monopoly by cable operator and lesser
choice.
