Too Expensive, Too Old, Apt Owner and Manager Too Rude, No AC, No Fridge, No Microwave

Check this list. These are real fact about Tally Ho apartment in Torrance and ask anyone before waste your time to see this old apartment.
Below is a comprehensive list of issues.

Disadvantages / Serious Problems

1> No A/C (air condition)
2> No Refridgerator
3> No Microwave
4> No good lighting after 5PM PST
5> High Volume Siren can make you deaf. If apartment window/door facing little mary
hospital then you will always hear high volume siren and chances that you will develop ear problems (kids and even adult are suffering). Many complaints gone, but no action by apartment manager.
7> 1 young guy dead: Sometime back 1 person died in swimming pool...due to lack of light, no emergency kit, no reachable rope in pool area. As per apartment, it is always renter's responsiblity.
8> Recent Police Case: 1 recent police case of kid 4 year fell from window....as window mate came out !! She was in coma for days.
9> Increase in rent frequently and anytime. So many notice from apartment to renter about terms change...rent increase.
10> DIRTY AND INFECTED interior: So many insects...Spider, Silverfish. Carpets are 10-20 years old. You will surely find many spider and silverfish in few days...most of apartments are having infected carpet
11> NO SAFETY: Mannn...anyone comes after my car..when I come in...as dooor does not close right-away. Hardly any light in all places...feels like dark jungle at night. No consideration for kids safety by aparment. Unsafe for family.
12> NO TV in Gym !!
13> Apartment owner doesn't allow truck to come in for loading/unloading while moving in/out. You will end up paying extra for moving in.
14> Laundry is too old. My so many clother were stained every month with some parmanent color/marker and I had to throw them.
15> Apartment manager takes $25 extra to put balcony safety wires as balocony is dangerous and kid can easily fell down.
16> Apartment manager is too rude and she thinks she is controlling entire apartment and can talk anyway with clients (tenants). Owner is much more rude and says he is doing favor by just charging $1300 for 10 years old carpet, no a/c, no microwave, no fridge and with all above problems.
17> 2 Bedroom is $1700 That is too too much. I would move to apartments located on other side of hawthorne which charges $1300 for 2 Bed.
18> No second parking given even if you pay $1700 for 2 bed.
19> Electricity bill is a cheating here. It's generally double than all other apartment. For 1 Bed it comes $70-$100
20> When you vacate the apartment, they charge $200 for nothing!! They control deposit.
21> NO TV IN BEDROOM !!! If you plan to watch TV in bedroom, forget it as apartment doesn't have TV cable wire in bedroom.
22> Stairs are too long in many places. Be careful.
23> Hospital chemicals/ Dirty air you can see from your window/door for apartments facing hospital.
24> Your and Your Neighbours's Bathroom and Toilet water flush noice in living room will make you crazy. Imagine when your neighbour and your family using toilet/bathroom and you get noice when you are sleeing/on phone/with guest. It's loud noise!! FzzzZZZZZZZZ...Someone just did potty or taking shower!!! Try it out if you opt to see.

I got stuck here due to my immigration address needs and realized these issues one by one. Hope someone had given me above compehensive list of 24 issues with Tally Ho Apartment!!!
Owner and Manager attitude is a question and my sincere advise to use above check list before even thinking to move in here.

I'm sorry but i think you are wrong...the apartment is great...the floor is wood floor not carpet..is not old..the kitchen have granit tops....is not every apartments that have refrig. and microwave I looked for a lot apartments and is not every apart. that is included...I love that place
