Spencer Arms Apartments

3634 Spencer St # 121, Torrance, CA 90503

08/12/14 by anonymous: Spencer Arms is unnecessarily over priced! The building is old and as soon as you walk it, you smell a foul, moldy odor. No dishwasher, old stoves and fans, units are super hot and no cross ventilation, entrance isn't gated and so, no sense of security. parking isn't gated, parking spaces are so small and can barely fit a small car. Yet the Manager Barbara keeps hiking the rent, for no more

Emerald Victoria Apartments

3553 Emerald St, Torrance, CA 90503

10/10/13 by AliciaKelson: I lived at the Emerald Victoria community with my family through my high school years. Now I am back in the South Bay area and the first place I thought of was Emerald Victoria. I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment on the opposite side of the complex. I am now going on 6 months and I have no complaints. The only thing that I can think of is that there is no fitness center; even though I have a more

Copa Triana Apartments

3711 W 230th St # 100, Torrance, CA 90505

03/06/14 by anonymous: Management personalities are nice but they are not bright. Dealing with them has proven difficult. I'm hoping that by ignoring them and having no issues with the apartment that living here will be "ok" and worth the current headache. more

Copa Pacific Apartments

23930 Ocean Ave, Torrance, CA 90505

10/06/13 by anonymous: I just moved in a few months ago. It seems to be a decent place and fair for the money, other apts in the area are 100 - 200 cheaper. Just some observations: Security - front door is usually propped open during the day while the office is open. From the office it is hard to see who is going in and out, so maybe not really a good idea to prop the doors. Alot of residents do have dogs. more

05/27/14 by cabuckeye07: Great location, safe neighborhood, great complex - clean and well maintained! The managers are great - they are very personable and go out of their way to help tenants and keep the complex maintained to the highest standard. I highly recommend this apartment complex. more

Il Pompeii

05/31/14 by anonymous: here vanessa ,the manager, and the lady ,alma Garcia ,have a very bad attitude with young boys and children under 18 years more than 4 people who live here have been insulted by alma and vanessa for no reason. And the supervisor and everyone don't do anything to stop the manager and alma the housekeeping lady of the tennets of this building. and every time you complain about her more

Torrance Garden Apartments

2039 Artesia Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504

11/06/13 by thriftyicecream: From the street the building looks ho-hum. Inside around the grounds the area is well kept with lots of trees, plants, and grass. At nice, with the walk ways lit up it looks really nice. The residents are very nice and I haven't experienced any noise issues. Parking isn't bad. We have a 2 bedroom and it comes with 1 assigned parking and one first come first served spots. more

We We have not left the pool since we moved here, and being so close to the beach for the summertime is awesome. Our apartment is perfect for us and our dog! Kings Villa

4208 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505

05/05/13 by lmw0002: My husband and I have lived here for about 10 months now. All things considered, we have been very happy here! The rent is reasonable, it's a gated complex (even though the front door is often left open by tenants for their friends), and we have two parking spaces--one covered and one uncovered. We also love that it's in a safe location in close proximity to the beach, more

Madison Park Apartments

23135 Madison St, Torrance, CA 90505

08/06/13 by k8baldwin: I moved in on March 15, 2013. OK, the buildings are 43 years old, but to find an almost 1200 s.f. apartment that would allow my cats for $1395 (plus pet rent) it's the best deal in Torrance. The floorplan is interesting enough so that I don't feel like I'm living in a series of little boxes. The apartment is centrally located and close to Target, Ralphs and Madrona more
