I absolutely loved my apartment here. I had a really cute 1 bedroom loft over looking the pool on the bond program. They forced me to take a month to month lease with the "promise" that the rent would not go up for at least 1 year. To my surprise, 5 months later they slapped us with a $150 increase! We also had several maintenace problems that took 3 visits to complete. They charged us up the yin-yang upon move-out for bogus stuff. I never once saw the BIG, FAT blond manager get up out of her chair, let alone even crack a smile! I would say it would be OK to live here, just get EVERYTHING in writing! Sounds weird, but they also have a huge raccoon problem! We saw a group of them kill a cat!
