For the first 3 years I thought I was living on Bourbon St. in New Orleans...yes, it was that noisy especially at night. Although a gated community, I can't decide whether those gates are there to keep us residents in or others out. I've been awakened at 2 AM to the gate alarm going off after having been forced open by a bunch of drunken youngsters who have friends in the complex. The rents are unbelievable--but this is California! I have to say that I have been very pleased with our current management. They are attentive to our needs and work with you. They even listen to the complaints and work on solutions. Maintenance is fantastic. They go out of their way to be helpful. I have good neighbors, but so many move due to the high rent. I like apartment living and hope to be here for a long time. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
