I have lived here three years, love my neighbors, don't much care for the management office. Not very helpful. When I spoke to them recently about the rumored apartment to condo conversion they were tightlipped. I understand they don't want the residence to flee in a cloud of smoke but the truth would be considerate for all of us on very fixed budgets. I feel for the old folks who have made this their home, thinking this is where they would live out their lives. Now the smallest unit will sell for over $300,000 driving us all out. Greed.

In all fairness the management office probably doesn't know much either. Big corporations usually keep these things tight lipped. Imagine how the managment office feels, they probably don't know if they will have a job or not.

havent, sold them yet! are you still living there? i just wish the mgmt would get tight about theyre pet policy. big dogs should not live in small apts. its abuse! and when your small dog gets beat up by one that's not accompanied by its owner, it sucks! the mgmt does not live on the premises so what they dont see doesnt seem to matter.

When we signed the lease last year they told us about the rumor of making them condos. They gave us a paper promising not to sell within a year or something. So they do let you know before you rent.
