Its super loud all the time! Theres an elementary school on one side and a busy intersection on the other side. There is always maintenance/lawn work going on and trash trucks. Every night there are people across the street and inside the complex that like to work on their motorcycles. My 8 month old daughter has a really hard time trying to nap during the day because of all the noise!!! I would never recommend this complex to anyone. The price you pay isn't worth it at all!

I lived there for several years with no problems, including noise. Great place to live. Don't take the word of someone who posts anonymously.

this appt complex is horrid ac units are over 20yrs old and not strong or big enough for the units the trees sap everywhere and stain the interiors of carpet if you wear shoes inside its everywhere they have special rules for special people re dogs and weight limits the complex has over 12 units that i know of that have bad black mold the management is rude obnoxiousand condesending and you better not complain or you will be their next target
