Good Experience - We lived here for about 6 months I believe, and we never had a problem. Internet service sux in this place - I like the apartment but the internet service here is soo bad. The apartment complex is contracted by ATT and the connection is very slow. You won't get the speed that you pay for. I check my internet speed everyday and the highest speed you can get is like 1.5mbps download / 200kbps upload. And I am paying for a 6mbps Down/600kbps up. Ahugemistake The first 3 months was fine. After that it was time to go. The neighbors underneath me chained smoked marijuana and played loud music all the time. Maintenance was slow and my car was broken into.
