Nice place - Got short changed on my deposit

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Nice place with good views. Very happy with place. When I moved out I got short changed on my deposit. Recieved bogus deductions off my deposit. Since I moved out of state I wasn't able to fight the charges.
