we only lived here for a year but it was a very pleasant year. They were not to happy about us having a dog, and actually told us to get rid of him or move out, but they didnt' tell us we could have kept him if we paid a sec. dep and more $ a month. So we moved, other wise we would have stayed. We LOVED our neighbors, with us being a young couple we thought we would be looked down on by our older neighbors instead we found ourselves making friends and even having one of our neighbors make us stew....They we're awesome and really cared about us and our community. the pool was usually ok, but sometimes kids went unsupervised. The gym was really not that great but could be different now....but with an inshape and 24 hour fitness who needs some tiny gym anywho... location is great for shopping,,schools, and college. Felt very safe here even at night, we would go for walks and it was great. one thing happened with our car....my back window got shot with a bee bee gun but i'm sure it wasn't even a kid in the complex but one who lived in some houses right by where my car was parked...not to many car break ins...never happened to us....apts. are decently roomy...but not worth the price now...their is a train near by and if you rent an apt. near the very back chances are you will hear it. but not to bad..would recommend this to anyone. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!! I do not recomend living here, too expensive! they make you pay water garbage and sewer...not a safe place to live! we got robbed twice and the managers did nothing, we had an eye witness, pictures of the robbers and everything and we went to the mamagers office to have them tell the other residents about this problem...and intead they told us they were not going to tell anyone because they didnt want to loose money if people moved out!!! it acctually turned out that 1/3 of the whole appt complex was robbed but were not allowed to tell anyone else because they would be EVICTED! Another bad thing! cars race through there all the time, my cat got run over and killed because of this young guy speeding through the parkinglot!! (what if that was a child!) again managment didnt care! they just told the maintence guy to go CLEAN UP THE MESS IN THE PARKING LOT! neighbors were horrible, this one couple kitty napped our baby kittens right infront of us...we never saw them again. it is convienient because its across the street from wal-mart but thats about all thats great about that place. too much crime and every woman in the appt complex will tell you, they all get infections from the hot-tub, since its never been drained out and cleaned! On the Outside its a beautiful place but its an aweful place to live... not saf eand to expensive!!!!!
