I've lived here twice, once while we were waiting for our home to be built, and secondly while our family was going through adjustments. Good security, especially at night, friendly staff, fairly well maintained, close to the freeway & shopping, and reasonably priced for the area, when compared to other apts & willing to give a mo. to mo. rate other apts wouldn't do. After we moved out, we received a rebate for our new home. Great experience, both times around.
