I've lived in this apt. complex for almost a year. The apt we are currently in had new carpet and tile and was freshly painted before we moved in. In general, they are pretty nice. The kitchen cabinets were sort of grimey, but I think that was from the previous tenants (still should have been thoroughly cleaned though). One thing that I think needs to be fixed is the wall outlets: they do not have GFI plugs in the kitchen, bathroom, or "laundry closet", which I'm pretty sure they are required to have. Also, the bathroom does not have enough ventilation. However, they DO have full size washer and dryer hook ups. The walk in closet is a plus. Plenty of storage throughout. We have never experienced any crime ourselves, but I have heard of things happening elsewhere in the complex. Where we are, we don't have a problem with the parking. One of us gets a carport and there are plenty of open spots (usually). The pool is nice except it needs to be cleaned more often. My solution to not getting an infection from the hot tub is to not have ever gone in it in the first place. The "work out" room stinks. They do have a party/rec room that we have used; nice for a gathering/party except there is NO A/C (so I'm not sure what the $25 usage fee is for). One thing that bothers me a lot is the amount of stray kittens/cats, not that I don't like cats, I just think they should have more control over the amount of stray animals that are wondering around. The management have always been pleasant and helpful when we have had a problem. Overall, it's a decent place to live, just be a little picky as to where your apartment is located, and bring your own washer and dryer as there aren't many apts. close to the laundry facility.
