I've been here awhile and I don't like what I just found out (from maintenance). The previous manager,Djuna is now the ganeral manager. She couldn't do the job before and she probably still can't. I thought all the changes with the Bright lawsuits were bad and this is the end result. TIME TO MOVE ON!

sounds like this is a personal issue. I've lived her almost three years and in the time that new management has taken over, criminal background checks are being done on residents and actual rules are being enforced. Just because people can't be ghetto like before, is no reason to be mad at management.
