Well I really liked living there for the actual apartment. The maintenanace men are wonderful! Always at your service and very friendly with a bright smile everytime! The manager seems to take care of buisness the proper way. The security gaurds arent the greatest, and most of them are rude, and tend to hit on you. The office girls are a bit gossipy but friendly. They do have a rather big pincher bug and spider problem. I can recall quite a few times where we cleaned at least 10 pincherbugs off the wall every hour. HORRIBLE! So there pest service sucks! I believe it is Consumer's Choice Pest and Termite Service. From what I have heard though its only certain a certain area of the complex that have a bug problem. A few people we know lived on the other side, and never saw one bug whatsoever. The only thing about the pool is that some of the tenants there, dont bother cleaning up there messes, My son slipped in a babys diaper jelly. There always seems to be quite a bit of diaper jelly outside of the pool. It is a nice place to live if you stay inside. The apartments are very pretty and modern.
