I lived in Park Knolls about 5 years ago and returned about 5 months ago. I was surprised to find the apartments in better condition then when I left. They used to have a so called gym with maybe 2 pieces of equipment but now they just opened a huge facility with everything I needed. I gave up my membership at my gym and saved a few dollars. They even put up new fencing and a gate.
I still see most of the same employees from before, just a couple of leasing and manager are different, I even see Jaime and Claudia here too who moved me in before.
