Expect a rent increase everytime your lease expires! Been here 4 years and the last 3 have been unpleasant under the current management. I have been forced to switch from a satellite provider I trusted and enjoyed to one that provides horrible service, at my cost. I was threatened with eviction if I didn't comply to the demand, again at my cost. My rent has been raised 3 times since I first moved in, the last time was 6 months ago and now it's going up again. Pipes burst a little too frequently, resulting in the water being shut off spontaneously for the entire building. The gardeners arrive too early and wake me up every Monday with their loud contraptions. One of the two gates is now closed at night, forcing all residents to be routed past my apartment, resulting in more noise late at night.

Aside from all that I mentioned above, they are one of only a handful of places that except pets, so I'm stuck.

The area itself is nice, there's a park across the street, but watch out for the loud booming bass coming from vehicles in the park's parking lot in the summer...the walls are thin and you can hear everything.

Oh yeah, and they like to come in and do semi-annual inspections which I find incredibly invasive.

We at Park Knolls are sorry for your frustration at items that may or may not be in our control. The old satellite provider was offering less than 40 channels for the same price that Dish Network offers so we opted to allow the residents to choose their satellite provider, the satellite was always at residents cost.Park Knolls Apartments

To respond to ParkKnolls... Yes, it was always at our cost but you side-stepped the issue. You mandated with go with Dishnet when many of us had DirectTv. That isn't a choice, that is coersion.
