old management at least had a standard, albeit somewhat low. new management has let the entire complex fall into a state of filth. Trash bins literally overflow into parking lot, and then into the courtyard areas. You have to walk around trash and animal waste to get to your cars.
Tenants are loud, swim with their pets in the pool, and i even saw a guy working on an engine in the courtyard. College students might not mind all this, it's extremely close to campus and the rent is fairly cheap. But if you're a student that expects a certain level of sanitation from your housing...don't look here.
Maintenance is severely understaffed and as such, extremely slow to respond. All of the interior is old, most of the appliances look over ten years old. The cabinets and counters feel like they're the originals from the '70's. Here's something weird, the bathroom is split into two separate rooms of the house. One has a sink and a tub, and the other has a sink and a toilet. What's really strange: they're right next to each other! It's like someone said, "let's put a wall between the toilet and the bathtub."

And to top it all off, an office staff that either doesn't care about the problems, or is powerless to do anything about anything. Either way, it sucks, can't wait to move.
