I lived in archstone San Jose before and when I moved out, I decided that I won't live this apartment again. However, I made a big mistake in Tustin. There are so many bad things. The first one is, Manager increased rent $300 after a year contract. I thought they made a mistake, but it was not a mistake. The second one is the wall is not soundproof. I could hear every foot steps from upstair. The third thing is staff of management office never hear complaints from residents. They say they will call me after they take care of the problem, but I've never got a call. The forth one is noisy neighbors. People in upstair use running machine, watch TV with high volume after the midnight and kids wild running. The last one is there is no guest parking lot. They DO have guest parking lot, but residents always park there. I hate this apartment and I'm waiting for the time when my leasing contract ends
