Its is going from Good to bad to Ugly

No doubt it was the best place to live few years ago.
After the manager change from Janice and the new knuckle head maintenace guy showed up everything seems to be going to worse!! Even after they spend money on upgrading the units.
The company should first spend money to replace the apartment management and crew

First of all the manager doesn't have enough teeth to bite on the crew. She is not really professional. The least to talk was about the maintenance. Rental office doesn't hear properly when you complain and write their own version. Then you don't hear anything until many follow-ups. Now here comes the maintenance guy who has big mouth and an attitude. He can't see or understand the problem yet he reports the office that everything was resolved. I have never seen him fix 100%. I think he
lazy and needs to be kicked.

We parked the car in the open guest parking since our appartment is the roadside. we saw our car was damaged and the wiper was broken. It happened two times and atlast we found that the maintenance guy is doing this rubbish thing. He does racism. Very very bad experience...Please do not select this appartment especially if you are a foreigner.
