This is so unfair. They said no rent adjustment will be given to old tenants.
It is simply insinuating for old tenants to pack up and leave.

Parking is definitely an issue. Staff is very professional. The building is older but very well maintained. The landscaping is very nice and the amenities are great. The only real problem is parking, but other than that its a great place to live.

Awful Management Rancho Santa Fe is NOT worth the money. Very noisy with too many kids running around. Our car was parked in the carport and was keyed, had the tires flattened and found bicycle tire tracks (!) up the trunk. Management is very unhelpful and they will stiff you on security
