It's a nice place to live - I have lived here for 3 years. I agree with most of the other review of PM. When I moved in there was different management, he has since gone to be with the Lord but he ran a tight ship...so things were good. Not a good place to live This place is not worth the money you pay. The kids here are very loud and they play in the parking lot. They even create dents in your car. The neighbours here are an absolute mess. Staff's are very rude (Maintenance & Leasing office)

Do Not Stay Here The apartment folks are not friendly at all. Laura tries to be friendly but she is the worst of all the lot. She promises a lot but does not deliver. Once the lease is over, they increase the rates which is very unreasonable. She is very dishonest. So beware and do not move

i liked it the complex was excellent! the only issue is that we are surrounded by a lot of noise (ie: train, freeway, airplanes overhead.. my goodness) anyways, when you're inside the noise isn't so bad but it was embarressing when walking guests in and out of apt and a plane

Not good I was there in Stone brook for about year. The manager Michelle acts as manager is some big company imposing rules. She never cares for a request from tenants. When i was leaving she charged me about $700 for nothing. When asked she is not giving proper answer.
