This use to be such a nice place to live. You could walk out your front door and not worry about some jerk with a stairing problem checking out your every move. There were not any idiots speeding through the complex with what they pass off as music blasting from their car stereo. The entire complex has been over run by lowlife, no class degenerates, who have no common courtesy for their fellow tenants.
I guess in these tough economic times as long as you have a pulse you can qualify to live here. The old managers use to be more selective on who got to live here, I believe that was one reason this place was a nicer place to live.
I do not believe that the new management is doing a thorough background check on the garbage that is moving in here. Fugitive Watch would have a field day if they swept through here. There are people walking outside at all hours of the night talking like it is daytime. The security here is useless. The people who leave to work in the early hours of the morning make sure that they make enough noise to be sure that you can't go back to sleep. People park wherever they feel like it. Teenagers and kids run wild through the complex with no adult supervision and the managers do nothing about it. Not a place to raise your kids. The entire property stinks of peacock poop and you can't walk two steps without stepping in it. The peacocks get priority treatment over the needs of the tenants who actually get up every morning and go to work to pay their rent. The months of April-July are the worst because this is the mating season and the peacocks scream and cackle all day and all night long. No sleep for anybody! The landscapers and the maintanence guys are very lazy, they milk the clock all day, and also have a stairing problem. The property is covered with litter everywhere. I think they found these guys at the bottom of the barrel, all criminal types. I would not recommend that anyone should consider living here unless you enjoy rude neighbors, noise 24-7, people parking wherever they want, and management that does nothing to fix these problems. They only make excuses. I am sure that the majority of the older tenants here would agree with me. Can you say, "GHETTO"' That is what this once nice complex has turned into, it's worse than a section "8" complex.
What a shame.

I agree with the previous comment. This place use to be quiet and peaceful, but now it is "ghetto"! There is no point having speed bumps if you are going to drive 20 mph. There are now TOO MANY children running around the complex, and play all day till late night. Do these children even go to school!?! The cleaning people definitely have a staring problem and I think maybe 5 different cars have parked in my assigned parking spot in one month which I pay for every month....etc..!! I can't wait to move out of here!!!!!! Too expensive too!
