1. You will not receive your deposit back
2. Check the union city police department there is a lot of activity here
3.Neighbors is very noisy thin walls.
4.Kids have sex in laundry room @ night.
5.drug activity around buildings
6 daytime apartment break in please check with the local police department.
7.You will pay water and garbage seperate from rent 125.00
