Very good apartments and excellent management with afforable rent - I lived at Avalon for little more than 3 years and really enjoyed our stay. Management was excellent especially Johnathan was a great guy. And for any maintainance issues we report they will fixed it in within 15 minutes. Nice- Comfortable Apartments I have stayed here since Nov 2009 and moved out in Jan 2011 because I moved out of Bay area.
I am now back in Bay area and have re- rented the same property.
The management and the leasing offic staff and very friendly and professional.
