Horrible! Don't move here! Parking is horrid (you get a tiny space and it takes forever to get out). There have been multiple times when the water is shut off because they have to fix something. And worst of all, the management is RUDE! All they care about is maintaining the apartment

2. Check the union city police department there is a lot of activity here
3.Neighbors is very noisy thin walls.
4.Kids have sex in laundry room @ night.

Keep in mind you will not get your security deposit back from this apartment, and you will also be charged for cleaning fee for new resident. Theft accidents are quite offen. You can check with union city police department.

A Home Away From Home I think medallion is a nice place to live it may have its problems but everywhere does. Ever since the new manager started it has been a complete 180 turn around. the grounds are kept up and the staff is very friendly. The office is a nice place to come into and very warm.
