We moved from Denver to Country Club Villas and have not had any major problems. Each unit has a garage (1 or 2 car) an assigned car port. Tons of other parking around for guests, extra cars etc.
Nice 1 mile dog walk around all the units.
Here are my only problems with Country Club Villas: 1. There is no way to get cable TV service here. They have a deal with a company called Consolidated Smart Systems to provide Direct TV and DSL service to tenants. This company usually only manages quarter laundry service at apartments so if you have trouble with your bill, or Direct TV service...good luck. 2. There are 4 hot tubs around the complex and 3 of them close for the "winter." This means from Fall daylight savings to Spring daylight savings. There is 1 hot tub still open through this time, at the leasing office. The other three are still cleaned, heated and fully maintained during this "winter" season, there are just chains around the gates. 3. Somewhat expensive for the area, but the grounds and complex are very nice. 4. Although all the units have new AC and furnaces, it is still difficult to cool the upstairs bedrooms without running the AC constantly.

Our A/C bill was very expensive while we were living there. We could never get the upstairs bedroom cool enough. Other than that we loved the place.
