I love this place. It has a wonderful layout and is very quite, most people enter thought the garage and you never see them. The units are a little $$$ but for the location and feel of the complex we don t mind. The one problem we do have is internet service, the complex only allows Verizon, no Time Warner or Adelphia. We have an intermittent bandwidth problem and Verizon has been unable to fix it. That means we loose our internet connection 6 to 10 times a day. My husband is working on his Masters and this problem is major!! I guess we have another small problem with the new colorS they have painted the units, each building has 5 or more different colors none which go together!! Yikes, a little like Mexico or Palm Beach with out the pastel. Just keep your eyes closed on the drive in, once inside their great!!

Yes, I really like the complex as well. The new colors are very weird. I liked the original beige with the brown or red roofing. Looked much classier. We now joke that we live on Acid trip - Crack head -Candy cane lane. Seriously, I am very artistic and believe whoever picked out the color scheme has no eye for complimentary colors. Only the white trim around the windows looks nice. The ones painted brown/mustard yellow are particularly hideous. The green and blue for the doors are also pretty bad. Yuck! Sad because I know the painters have worked so hard on this huge project. Sorry that you are having problems with Verizon. We have Verizon too (Don't get internet through Consolidated Smart Systems - that REALLY sucks. Heard several people complain about that. Their download and upload rates are terrible and not what they advertise, and their service drops several times per week). Only had Verizon drop out once when there was a major problem in the area, so maybe something is up with the wiring at your place? I definitely prefer Time Warner though.

that is so funny! i feel the same way about these rentals. i have lived here twice. first time back in 2003 there were some problems..termites and roaches. i used to get home at 1 am and the front patio had roaches scurrying around.. it was freaky! now the paint and verizon are two of the most annoying problems but not as much as the manager's porn voice when you call the office ha ha!

LOL, why is it that the office staff all use the same fake voice? Maybe the manager trains them that way. It reminds me of a Saturday Night Live skit.
