Me and my husband have been living here a few months so far, quick move in, no problems moving, apartment is spacious and nice, new carpet. We live on second story and they wouldnt let us put up bamboo on the balcony for privacy which is pretty stupid and it doesnt say anything about not putting it up in the lease. but thats the only problem we've had. Its not noisy at all, and to the people that complained about traffic and the bar.....I live right next to the bar and hear no noise, which means i live right next to the street and again here no noise. I dont hear my neighbors at all.The landscaping is well kept thoughout the ENTIRE complex. Parking doesnt suck for us cause we have a garage but there is little parking for having people over which will be interesting during holidays. That's nice, I'm just really surprised that you say you don't here any thing in regards to neighbors or the bar.....not even a few nights ago, the woman SCREAMING at the top of her lungs for someone to "PLEASE CALL THE POLICE" when police arrived, directly accross my patio, the woman ran up crying, "HE HAS MY BABY< HE"S DRUNK......" any of many times that the police have had to respond to the different drug or domestic disputes over the last year???
