The grounds were pretty, the 1 bedroom is large, the pool is HUGE, mailbox in good walking distance, staff is nice, quick work order responses, nice neighbors, big storage unit in your carport, great a/c & heating, and updated stove. Quiet place, but be sure everything is done before you sign the lease I recently moved in - took me almost a week to get an air conditioner that works (the temperature was more than 90 degrees outside). It took more than 2 weeks to get a mailbox key -- and they want me to go to the post

Good place I've lived here for almost 8 months and must say that it is really nice. We have nice neighbors and it is really peaceful. The apartments are really big... I hope to move into a 3 bedroom at the end of my lease. We have laundry INSIDE each of our units!!!! Major plus!!!

I love Rancho Monte Vista I've lived in apartments for years. This community has the best ammenities in the neighborhood. A very fair price for everything you get. I love the washer and dryer in my apartment and the management is very freindly and professional.

Collecting rent from resident who is not alive---AWFUL This morning on the news they said this community is trying to collect rent from residents who where part of the Christmas Massacre. Never rent from this community or the management which is Alliance. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
