I lived on this property for several years and never had any problems. The office staff was great and was willing to help me when needed. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Ah ah ah...LANDLORD! Renter beware of fake ratings from landlord. Fraud is what they are best at. They also own "Round Oak Village" 1510 Alamo Drive in Vacaville.

"The office staff was great and willing to help"? Can't you come up with something new so at least you dont give your dumb selves away? I guess not. Try something more realistic like "The Office staff was willing to help me cough up $400 in extortion fees on CHRISTMAS EVE"..oh wait that would be lying too..they didnt help with that either (I was on my own)

HAHAHAHA wow what a lie. I dont even live in those apartments and I know that is the landlord talking. Granted my apartment complex isnt the greatest either since im in the gardens pretty much next door but atleast they are trying to help me in my area. I had a friend that lived in the palms for awhile and they are the worst apartments I have ever seen in my life!

Alamo gardens is better? HaHaHa!!! That is like the hottest place on that side of Vacaville! Alamo Gardens is better for drug addicts. Anyone that knows Vacaville knows how bad the gardens are. I'm just bored and reading ratings and I had to comment when I read that. Gotta be a meth addict to talk about the good life in Alamo Gardens. HaHaHaHa!!! LOOK OUT YOUR WINDOW!!! THEY"RE WATCHIN!! HAHA!
