There is a reason why the apartment rental rates here are so low.
There is a reason why the landlord's crook daughter is a "lawyer" representing bogus lawsuits filed against tennants for no reason.
These people are crooks and they will extort money from you. Their apartments are a DUMP: problems with mold, water, heater etc. If you complain you WILL be retaliated against.
-The crook landlord's extortion "headquarters" are at "Sterling Cove" (Known as "Stinking Cove by local tennants) in Concord, California.
-They run Round Oak Village at 1510 Alamo in Vacaville, as well as "Alamo Palms" in Vacaville.
-They run "The Terrace At Fair Oaks" in Sacramento, California.
LOOK AT THE REVIEWS AT ALL THESE PROPERTIES (ESPECIALLY STERLING COVE) AND YOU WILL GET A VERY CLEAR PICTURE OF WHAT'S GOING ON. TRUST ME: $100/MONTH LOWER RENT IS NOT WORTH IT. PAY MORE RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TROUBLE!!!!
