I was subjected to a 12-month long nightmare living in one of the apartment complexes owned by this landlord. During that time I was continually harrassed, my apartment was entered and my belongings were searched.
I called the Vacaville police 6 times and the sheriff 4 times during that time for all the fake "Eviction" notices they kept posting on my door and the continual harrasment, landlord's goons kicking my door and running away, Stalking by both landlord & apartment managers, car vandalized, multiple phony claims of rent not being paid, etc etc etc). I am out of there now thank God. But Legal Fees and time off from work cost me over $5000.
The motivation:
These vicious criminals go after tennants, often minorities, who CAN pay the rent and have good credit records to protect and little time to waste on fraudulent lawsuits filed by landlord's --------, "the lawyer". Their apartments are constantly monitored (cameras pointed at every door in at least one of the buildings, constant stalking by managers), they often check to see when the tennants have left their apartments and then enter apartments illegally.
WE CAUGHT THE LANDLORD's -------- OUTSIDE MY PLACE OF WORK MAKING SURE I DIDN"T RETURN TO THE APARTMENT WHILE THEY WERE INSIDE. THE REALLY CREEPY THING IS SHE HAD DRIVEN 60 MILES TO MY WORK PLACE TO DO THIS!
THEY FILED TWO LAWSUITS AGAINST ME JUST BEFORE TWO SEPERATE DEPARTURE FLIGHTS I HAD FOR TRIPS OUT OF TOWN ONE JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THE SECOND JUST BEFORE 4th OF JULY WEEKEND (THEY HAD ENTERED MY APARTMENT AND SEEN THE PLANE TICKETS!) Landlord's vicious -------- --------------, the "Lawyer", now runs the extortion scam and also runs a separate scam to steal money from tennants as extra side business run by slumlord.
Landlord (slimelord), also charges a $700 security deposit which he promptly steals when you are moving out. Many other tennants have suffered the same fate.
Landlord also owns "Alamo Palms" and "Round Oak Village" in Vacaville as well as "Sterling Cove" in Concord (among other properties -- if you know them please post), so stay away from all of these places. Even if you are lucky enough to get by with minimal harrassment, you would still be miserable from the smell of garbage and the generally filthy appearance of premises.
IF ANYONE IS FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE FRAUD ARTIST CRIMINALS, I WILL GLADLY PARTICIPATE!
PS - It's interesting that in the other reviews the "reviewer" (landlord) is desperately advertising a "move-in special".
Please post copies of your ratings on other buildings owned by this landlord. Go to the following links (The "good" ratings at the other locations are also posted by landlord's --------):
Terrace At Fair Oaks, (CARMICHAEL / SACRAMANETO,CA)
Alamo Palms (VACAVILLE, CA)
Round Oak Village (VACAVILLE, CA)
Sterling Cove Apartments (CONCORD, CA)
