I moved into the Commons about 3 years ago, and then had to deploy for 6 months overseas. I decided to move in with a friend of mine that still lived at the Commons when I came back to Travis, and I am appalled with what has happened to the staff since I came back! The leasing agent who works in the office now is SOOOO annoying and could never remember who I am or what apartment I was in, even though I came into the office on almost a weekly basis! Plus, he is always talking on his cell phone or playing on his laptop whenever I walk into the office. Can you really be more unprofessional' On the weekends, he'll close the office for hours at a time, and never put a sign on the door about when he'll be back.
The manager is the fakest lady I've ever met in my life, and half the time she either ignores me entirely, or is rude like I am bothering her by being alive. (And everyone complained about the old manager' Come on, people, this new lady is WAY worse!) They also have another newer woman in the office, who never is able to answer any of my questions. I had a question about the Soliders and Sailors Act for my roommate, and she had no idea and promised to get back to me, and never did. The only qualified people that work at the Commons is the maintenace team, who always have responded to any issue we've had within a day or so. Plus, they are super nice dudes!
Sure, the apartments themselves are nice, but there are 3 other apartments in the area that are identical to the Commons, and I can guarrantee these other places don't have such lame management. I moved out over the summer, and I am definitely NEVER moving back to the Commons! The price is the highest in Vacaville, and it's the same as any other apartment complex. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ha ha ha! What a loser you are. On the other hand, I bet you lived their without a contract. You would be the second to have an opinion and not be on a contract. When you are not on contract you have no opinion. People ignore this hater. Yes, I live in The Commons. The management has greatly improved! It's a good thing you moved out. ;-)

Wow! Really? Actually my mother manages apartments and has my whole life. I know all about it and these people can't have that much paperwork. If you are just going to respond about people and not the apartments then you shouldn't respond period. This site is not for you to get on and call people losers it is to rate apartments. Get a life. Who would want to live in a complex with residents like you living there?!

Now we all know there rude residents AND rude management that live and work at the Commons! I'm glad there are websites like this that can show the true attitude and spirit of the apartment complex and hopefully, keep others from making a mistake of living there. I agree with JB143, Get a life!
