I can't believe how much this complex has deteriorated in the past year we've lived here. People are constantly moving in and out. They clean carpets at all hours of the night (9:00 at night is NOT ok to run a loud, clanky machine above my bedroom). The pool always smells like urine & the gym equipment never gets cleaned. The thugs and ghettoness is starting to creep in this place - don't be fooled! They are rude and loud - with little regard to respecting people in general. I've found used condoms, open and empty beer cans as well as people with pets in and around the pool and hot tub. It's discusting!

The apartments are poorly constructed. If you walk through them, look closely at everything. The floors are cheap and difficult to clean, the rugs stain easy because they, too, are cheap and the closets fall apart (don't put anything too heavy in them!).

Parking is an issue. There is a two car limit and there are people with three, four and fives cars and they never move them.

People with pets don't pick up after their animals. When it's 106 outside, you can bet I smell that crap from the grass (I'm on the first floor). They have pet receptacles and after management said they would fill the bags, they don't. It's full of spider webs and dust. They rely on the once or twice-a-week landscaping crew to clean up everything. It STINKS!

This place is expensive. It's not well built. The people moving in is getting worse and worse - more ghetto by the minute. Find another place. Seriously.

As for the management. USELESS. And the loser manager Rosa who used to work at The Commons now works at North Pointe - so choose your complex wisely.

First, get your facts straight, Rosa was not the manager at the Commons nor is the manager at North Pointe. Second, she is a very nice lady who works as hard as she can. Do you have some kind of rage against ---------?

This guy was just giving his thoughts and it didn't sound racial. Why are you bringing race up, I guess it is a sensitive topic for you, happyrenter0829? Obviously you couldn't deal with the critism so you had to play the race card. It is better to respond to the critism without using distractions. Regarding what this guy said, I have had a similair experience here at The Commons. It is sort of Ghetto. The apartments are poorly constructed and of poor quality. Maintanence does not fix problems. I have found beer bottles and used condoms around, too. It was pretty disappointing to sign a lease and then move into this.
